It's always nice to complete a project in the world of graphing and today I was able to finish my Darin Erstad project of getting my authentic Darin Erstad throwback Angels jersey and my Tim Salmon/Darin Erstad dual 2002 World Series Championship photo signed. Darin was nice enough to sign both items for me today.
The photo pictured above was an autographed photo I got from Tim Salmon a few months ago during the Dicks Sporting Goods Store signing. I was finally glad to get Darin Erstad's autograph to finish up the project.
Darin was known for his jersey number 17 but hardcore fans know that when he came up with the Angels he initially wore number 27. This is a classic Angels jersey back when Disney owned the team.
Congrats David! I heard he wasn't signing after the first game because they lost, so good timing for us
ReplyDeleteGlad we got him today. Made the entire day easier since I went home afterwards instead of staying for the game. He was really nice so I hope to get him again next time around when he is back in town.
DeleteWhere did you get them sigined?
ReplyDeleteHe was very mad towards the end. Nice job getting the jersey and finishing the project! My recap is up..now!
ReplyDeleteI bet he was tired of signing for everyone. That's probably why he was mad but he was super cool with me today. I guess it's cause I was in the first batch of people to get him today.
DeleteErstad is the head coach of the University of Nebraska baseball team. Nebraska played at Cal State Fullerton today (and USC yesterday).
DeleteI got him today at the usc Nebraska game. He was actually really nice and there was only 5 graphers. He signed a bat for me and a ball w/ 2002 world series champs. I never see him sign and inscribe it. they lost in the bottom of the 9th with a blown save chance. good game.
ReplyDeleteAdult Baseball Gloves don't work as well in letting young players get the best training and practice they can get. Youth baseball gloves come in smaller sizes for a better fit for younger players, giving them the right edge in excelling in baseball. For more info visit at www.sportsdepot.com
